Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is securely protected for transit.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
